ELIZABETH A. GEOFFROY, ESQ.
Elizabeth A. Geoffroy received her Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University in 1985, and her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1988. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1988.
Ms. Geoffroy served as a senior assistant public defender in Fulton County, defending indigent clients charged with serious felony offenses in both jury trials and appeals for ten years. In her years in private practice she has represented clients in both criminal and civil cases throughout Georgia. She has tried over 50 jury trials and has argued before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Ms. Geoffroy's current practice includes defense of individuals charged with crimes, including DUI's, drug charges, other misdemeanors, and felonies; as well as representing injured victims in personal injury matters. She is a member of the Georgia Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, the DeKalb County Bar Association, and the North Fulton County Bar Association.
Beth is married and has two daughters.
